1. Everyone is eligible except professional golfers and Midwest Television employees and their immediate families. Employees and immediate family members of our host golf courses and our BTP Sponsors are also not eligible to participate.

2. Regulation tees and course rules prevail.

3. Each participant must sign a release form permitting KFMB TV to tape and broadcast their shot.

4. The first shot only in a regular round of play counts. Golfers are permitted only one tee shot per day.

5. The winner is the golfer who BEATS THE PRO and comes closest to the pin. In case no one BEATS THE PRO, the shot closest to the pin will be declared the winner.

6. At the end of the ten-week promotion, our ten weekly winners will tee off in a "closest to the pin" contest for the five championship prizes. All weekly winners must be willing to participate in a half-hour televised golf special. In case of ties, playoffs for the tie positions will be held to determine the winner.

7. Measurements by KFMB TV personnel to determine distances to the pin are final.

8. Participants must donate a minimum of $3.00 to the Boys & Girls Foundation of San Diego.
