WHO AM I?

Official Contest Rules:

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Watch the Chargers pre-season game broadcasts on CBS 8. Pre-season games will be broadcast on CBS 8 on Saturday, August 9, Saturday, August 16 and Friday, August 29.

During each quarter of the game broadcast on CBS 8, on-air personality Billy Ray Smith will give a clue about a San Diego Chargers player. In the 4th quarter, he will give a final clue and THEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Be the 8th caller and correctly identify the mystery player to win. If the 8th caller is not correct, the next caller with the correct answer will win. Phone number to call will be given in the 4th quarter of each game only. Billy Ray Smith will announce the winner’s name and the correct answer.

2. CONTEST will run on three different dates during the 3 different pre-season Chargers games: Saturday, August 9, Saturday, August 16 and Friday, August 29. Only one prize per winner. There will be 3 prize packages awarded, one per game.

3. THE PRIZE: KFMB-TV, Donovan’s Steak and Chop House and the San Diego Chargers are giving away one Who Am I? Prize Package during each preseason game broadcast on CBS 8.

Each Prize Package winner will receive:

- 2 great seats to the Home Opener on Sept. 7, 2008 between the Chargers and the Panthers at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego,

- entrance to the VIP tent at the Budweiser Tailgate Power Party for 2

- access to the field for the pre-game warm-ups and opening kick-off for 2,

- a $200 gift card to Donovan’s Steak and Chop House.

Each winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes and/or prize related fees. Flight, hotel, ground transportation, and gratuities are not included. Any fees or expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize package are not included.

Winners will be contacted with specific information regarding the sidelines participation.

Prize must be claimed by Friday, Sept. 5 at 3pm. You must provide positive picture identification (ie, valid driver's license) when picking up your prize. If official winner forfeits the prize, for whatever reason, the prize will become the property of KFMB-TV.

4. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS: a) This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Must be 21 years of age or older to enter.

b) Employees of KFMB-TV/Midwest Television, Inc., the San Diego Chargers, and their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

c) Winner will be required to present valid identification to redeem prize.

5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: a) Use of winner’s name: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to KFMB-TV/Midwest Television, Inc. and their agents, licensees, to use the entrant’s name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast, online and promotional purposes in connection with the contest.

b) Release of Liability. By entering, contestants agree to release KFMB-TV/Midwest Television, Inc., the San Diego Chargers, its affiliates, employees, agents and sponsors, from any accident, claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest prize.

c) Decision of KFMB-TV is final. There will be no prize substitutions and only one prize package will be awarded per person per game.

d) Rules are subject to change without notice.

e) This contest can be suspended in the event that the integrity of the contest has been jeopardized due to events beyond KFMB-TV’s control.
